Journal Prompt

Spotting Red Flags Early Without Becoming Paranoid

Discernment is not distrust. A prompt to sharpen your read on people without closing your heart.

Red flags don't wave — they whisper. They show up in tone, timing, and the things he doesn't say.

This prompt teaches you to write down what you noticed before you talked yourself out of it.

I notice. I name it. I act.

Sit with these three questions

  1. What did I notice this week that I almost let myself unsee?
  2. What is the difference, for me, between a real red flag and an old fear?
  3. What am I going to do the next time I see this particular flag?
